According to reliable sources over the internet Sony is testing Playstation Phone, which appears to be a Sony Playstation portable Go running on Android Operating System, it is the same used on many smart phones these days. Sony has not officially accepted or denied the presence of Playstation Phone but it seems like that such product is already under its testing phase at Sony's HQ's.

There is huge applications market particularly for IPhone and Andriod OS smart phones. Sony must have done its research and found out that the games for smart phones should grow up from being just "time killers" to what hardcore gamers really want. Since PSP Go which is the latest PSP Device on the market is not doing really well and that sony really wants to cut piracy on PSP games, PSP Phone may be answer. Supposedly users will download Android OS games from Playstation Network which will at the end of the day bring more revenues for Sony.
