Amazon is setting up its own app store to sell Google Android OS for the smart phones. As android market is ever increasing and that official android app store still does not allows world wide developers to sell their applications, players like Amazon are jumping in to get huge profits out of the apps business. It is well proven fact that a user spends quite more on the software applications than the hardware cost of the device, that is why its the apps profits that really counts.
It is quite possible that we see new android stores in the future that gives freedom to the developers and the users. Competition is always a good thing as Google's official android app store is boldly greedy on its shares from any app profit, maybe in future they may have to re-think about their greediness due to the number of options users and developers may have.
