Probably the best example or analogy of Pakistan Government is of Two roads, one which has no traffic but well lit and the other with huge traffic and not lit at all. Don't take it literally, its like we know what we should be doing, but rather than doing what really helps us we (our Government) are doing completely different which is not effective at all. For example. Kala Bagh DAM if was in working condition could have saved people and million of rupee in flood damages but even after learning a lesson, the weirdos in our Government still don't want to build it.
