It’s been more than a year now of PPP Government along with partial Government of PML(N) in Punjab. Are these two leading Parties that stands for election every time, changed? At least it doesn’t seems so, their actions are far different from their words. It’s a deception for the whole nation and they don’t care much about health care, education and law in country. They have a secret weapon against you they use everytime, “Temporary relief”, if some Police officer is not doing is job properly, “Transfer him”, if someone gets killed on streets, “Pay 2 Lac to family”, if people gets frustrated and take law and order in their hands, “Fulfill their needs until they cool down”. They never make changes permanent to the system or make some law in constitution that specifically deals with particular situation (so that it never happens again), this is because it hurts they common benefits ruling a nation, if a nation rules itself or in other words our leaders do what the nations wants or needs, then there is no interest for them in the ruling us. It applies to every party that ruled in the history of Pakistan, they all are the same, do the same but they have learned a new word “Change”. It’s a tremendous amount of time that they have wasted on trading power sharing. Mean while developed nations were and are worrying and looking forward at a bigger picture of what’s coming ahead in the near future which is economy, law and order and planning for the coming years.
Developing nations have number of commonalities among them, there is near to no law and order, no accountability for the rich, highly paid Presidents and Prime Ministers (even 5-10 times more than U.S or any G8 country), continuous struggle for power by elite and politicians that result in bombings, killings and other strategic tactics against each others. Unfortunately Pakistan is no exception, Pakistan is facing all of these problems today and these problems only put the nation in more darkness until there is some kind of revolution.
It is the system that is currently running in Pakistan (though Pakistan was not supposed to have that) that creates elites with influential power to make important decisions about the country, the same system doesn’t allows a common man to serve as President or any other high rank official. Anyone who wants to be at top must be a part of system or willing to continue it, that’s the only way that system is going to accept him and work for him. By the time such systems becomes so stiff and bloated that they only see their benefits all the time, and anger cooks within nation which finally gives rise to revolution or such systems are ended up by other systems or governments because when you are not focusing on nation’s needs and all the time you see your personal needs (free electricity, free telephone, free travel/transportation, free security and a big pay even though your country running on international loans) the people are also going to say welcome to the new system. It’s the time our nation should wake up, even if our current leaders don’t.
