Transport system like any other system in Pakistan is a complete failure. The trend today in Pakistan is to viciously grab as much money as possible off people needs. For example: Atta (flour) people can't escape buying it so punish them to pay as much as you want as they shall pay for not producing their own and depending on you/Government (after all mill owners are likely to be Politicians) same goes for the sugar, the people shall pay the price and the transport, people can't escape from it as well, so price it whatever you like.

The living conditions or probably some other reasons had made people forget all moralities and practice of fairness in business/at work and in the end they also forgot the difference between Haram and Halal, harm money is took under the name of "gift" or "chaye pani" or over pricing, it is safe to say that majority of the population only considers this world as beginning and ending of their life book.
