So the current Pakistani Government (PPP) and many of the past governments which included PML-N and PPP were and still sadly are a mix of Monarchy and Autocracy. Monarchy in a sense that ruling of political party will always be in their family(zardari family, sharif family) and autocracy because they are controlled by a single individual(zardari, sharif), Pakistani governments and political parties (most of them are but not limited to: PPP. PML-N, PML-Q) are by no means democratic.
Monarchy Foundations and our democracy demands
Since we talk a lot about issues that are extension to the problems that we have at very basic levels. We rather need to take a deep look at the foundations we have provided for democracy, one may find out that our foundations does not by any means support democracy. It may due to the slow and steady constitutional amendments in the past only to make monarchs and autocrats get into power.

The way monarchs and autocrat works (master planning the democracy hijack plan)
No check for educational documents of candidates, no free and independent elections, government authority over law and constitution in the country, government officials illegal authority over public and private institutes in the country, no elections inside political parties, no check on whether a political party supports democracy and actually practices it itself, no stake in Pakistan (family, money, business),.. and the list definitely goes on, someone who expects our leaders to deliver is definitely not thinking a humble one percent... its a well laid out plan to make monarchs and autocrats in power and to keep the normal democratic man (a true representative of the nation) a good 100 miles off the power.
Monarchs/Autocrats show off of work than bringing quality and doing actual work
Its the way these people operate, in the morning they make speech in one corner and another in the evening (a different corner too), they love to show off the quantity of work they do all day and you would be amazed that none of it was worth any good. Our problems lies at very ground levels, which is right persons getting into power/government. Our political parties are ruled by monarchs and autocrats that call themselves being democratic and fear of having party ruling consensus in their own political parties. If they can't get trust in their circle, sure they are not worthy of trust of Pakistani people.
A long drag always ends with a bloody revolution
Monarchy and autocracy is all around the world, even the countries that call themselves democratic (even USA) are headed by monarchs and autocrats (some countries definitely weaker or stronger monarchies than the others). We are at the stage where our leaders/autocrats/monarchs "tell lies to everyone (USA lies are an example for us whole world, they are so many one will lose their track of it) while we know they are telling lies and we still applaud for them". We can have leaders full of fraudulent acts or a prosperous world, but not both of them at the same time.
