Americana or United States of America recently announced $2 Billion dollars of military aid to Pakistan for combating terrorists secretly funded by CIA and other American agencies. It is probably the oldest trick in the history of wars that you fund both sides and mean while you achieve whatever strategic goals that you may have. This time, united states funds Afghans, Pakistan Army (to fight and die, so that they don't have to) and finally American Army to stay in Afghanistan for strategic and management tasks.

United States has goals to make Afghanistan a secure base point which further can be used as "widening war on terror". It all starts form 9/11, former ISI Cheif already agrees on 9/11 being an inside American Agencies job, but the truth should have came long before from ISI chief Hamid Gul officially when he was acting cheif than former, or before Pakistan jumped into this war that begins with huge white lies.
